"Been with state farm since 1985, our original agents always sat down with you to answer questions or take care of a problems. This office you get to talk to a receptionist, she tries to fix problems but she's not an agent. can never talk to an agent. I had a 385.00 bill for an umbrella policy setting in front of me, we cancelled a vehicle, asked how much this policy was going to change, she said she would have to call. She called me back and said the policy was currently 219.00 and would be going down to 166.00. So my question still is how can I have a bill in front of me for 385.00 and be told currently it is 219. ?? I got talked to in circles, did not help me one bit."

"My husband and I have been with Chris Wertz at State Farm for about 12 years, ever since we bought our first home. Since then, we’ve moved into a new home, welcomed two children, and our insurance needs have changed quite a bit over the years. Chris has always been there to make sure our coverage keeps up with our lives.
Every year, he takes the time to sit down with us for a policy review, making sure we have the protection we need without ever feeling pressured. He explains everything thoroughly, goes over all of our options in detail, and answers every question so we can make informed decisions with confidence.
What really sets Chris and his team apart is that they don’t just look out for us during our annual reviews. They check in throughout the year as well. I have even occasionally received calls when they have been able to lower our premiums without inquiring myself.
